DINO SPADACCINI:  Admitted to bar, 1988, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; 1990 U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.  Education: Villanova University (B.S. Finance, 1985); Temple University (J.D., 1988). Formerly associated with the law firm of Stark & Stark, within the Real Estate and Financial Services Department.  Practice encompasses various aspects of general transactional real estate and related matters on behalf of institutions and individuals, specifically including land use planning, permitting and pre-acquisition planning, leasing transactions, debtor and creditor work-outs, commercial lending and loan documentation, community association law, corporation, partnership and business law, and related environmental matters.  Mr. Spadaccini regularly appears before zoning and planning boards, throughout the State of New Jersey as well as various governmental agencies and the State Courts of New Jersey.  Mr. Spadaccini is a certified mediator and regularly receives mediation assignments from the Superior Court.  Mr. Spadaccini is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Board of Trustees of: the Dorothea Van Dyke McLane Association; President of the Villanova University Greater Princeton/Trenton Alumni Club; and Secretary/Treasurer and member of the founding Board of Trustees of the Invention Factory Science Center.

 C. EDWARD SPEIDEL:  Admitted to bar, 1980, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey; 1991, Third Circuit.  Education: Rutgers College (B.A. Political Science, Honors, 1976);  Washington & Lee University School of Law, (J.D. 1979). Clerk, Hon. Nicholas G. Mandak, Passaic County District Court, 1979-1980.  Mr. Speidel's practice has been civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance related matters.  Prior to associating with the Firm, Mr. Speidel was a shareholder at Golden, Rothschild, Spagnola, Lundell, Levitt & Boylan, P.C., Bridgewater, New Jersey, where his practice emphasized insurance coverage disputes and defense of claims against insurance agents and brokers.  In addition to trial work, Mr. Speidel has successfully argued appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a certified mediator and regularly receives mediation assignments from the Superior Court.  He has published articles regarding the liability of insurance agents in The Brief, the publication of the ABA Tort and Insurance Practice Section, and in Best's Review.  In 1998 and 1999 he was a panelist at the Lorman Business Center seminar on New Jersey Insurance Law.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  Mr. Speidel is a former Big Brother in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Somerset County, a Literacy Volunteer, past president of the Friends of the Hillsborough Public Library, and is a coach in Lawrence Township Little League.

 

CHRISTOPHER S. TRETOLA:  Admitted to bar, 1998, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.  Education: Cook College, Rutgers University (B.S. International Environmental Studies, 1995); Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1998).  Mr. Tretola’s practice areas consist of civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, commercial transactions, corporation, partnership and business law, consumer protection, estate planning and administration, traffic offenses, DWI and criminal matters.  During law school, Mr. Tretola served as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph J. Riva, J.S.C. and as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Environmental Law Digest.  Prior to associating with the Firm, Mr. Tretola was associated with Paglione & Massi, Trenton, New Jersey.  Mr. Tretola is a Better Business Bureau Autoline Arbitrator and he has arbitrated numerous Lemon Law disputes.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association where he is an active member of the Young Lawyers’ Committee and the Real Estate Section.
